I got 204 marks in NEET 2024. Can I get admission in B.Sc Nursing in any government college? I belong to SC category.

Yes, you can most certainly be admitted to government colleges to pursue a B.Sc. in nursing with this score in your category. However it would be difficult to get in top tier colleges. It is important to remember that each state has a nursing state test that might assist you gain admission to government universities.
