I got 208 marks in JEE paper 2 and my AIR is 12413. My category rank is 3415. Will I get admission in any NIT colleges? I am from Kerala.

You may try for JoSAA counselling but it's quite difficult to find a seat in a government architecture institution as they close within 2000 for SC,ST or OBC category.

Yes, you have a decent rank and you are likely to get into one of the NINE NITs . Below is the list of one of the best colleges for B.Arch. MSRIT (through NATA). NIT-Bhopal, Calicut, Hamirpur, Jaipur, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rourkela, Trichy, Kozhikode, Vnit. SPA - Vijayawada, Bhopal, Delhi, Bhopal.
