Dear Abhi, With this score, you might have to write LPU NEST and qualify it for taking admission into LPU. B.Tech CSE is a highly in demand programme, it is highly dynamic field and requires equally dynamic programme curator who can upgrade the programme curriculum realtime !
Since the placements are considered as the ultimate barometer success, I would enumerate some facts and figures about LPU which is far ahead !
    1. Total companies visiting the campus: 700+
    2. Total companies offering above 10 LPA : 60+
    3. Total companies out of fortune 500 club: 100+
    4. Total placement drives : 900+
    5. Placement record : 95% plus

No, you are not likely to get a good college in a better stream. Try for private college's entrance exam or get into universities, which take their own entrance. Moreover, drop is recommended for you.

Now, you should try for CET if you score good in CET then you have the option of getting a good college so try for your state engineering entrance exam and score good.
    All the best.

With this score, you won't be able to get any government B.Tech college. You can go for private colleges with this score, or else can take a year drop and prepare again for this exam.
