The seat allocation is purely based on your AIR and not the state ranking.

What is your All India rank?
If it below 100000(1 Lakh) you will get B.Tech in Mining Engineering.
Please post your JEE Mains AIR(Overall), so I can analyze what all colleges you might get.

Seems difficult, atleast in the branches which are most sought after. So you should apply to other colleges as well Chethan.
