There are very less chances. However, you may get a seat in the last NITs and that too for branches like metallurgy, mining, biotechnology, etc.

Hi,
It will be difficult for you to get computer science engineering in any NITs. However, you can get other branches like IT, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, civil, mechanical, etc. in lower order NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, etc.
