I got 22841 rank in Manipal entrance exam 2019. Can I get ECE in Manipal's main campus?

Hello, Manipal’s main campus generally takes students who have cleared the cutoff percentile in JEE Mains. Therefore, if you have cleared this exam then surely you can get the main campus. If not, then with this rank, you are not getting Manipal main campus. In Manipal Jaipur also, it is hard to get ECE branch and the same applies for Manipal Sikkim too.
