Ranking 23,339 puts you into Category 3 or 4 which does keep many pathways open, but you probably won't get any branches that have high demand:

YES, Civil Engineering or Biotechnology / Chemical Engineering
Maybe ECE — possible in Cat 4-5 depending on seats available.
