I got 24.67 marks in Gate 2012 in ECE from OBC category.I secured 10,911 rank & 398 score.Can i get seat in local universities like AU, OU??

When will be the M.Tech admission notifications released for those universities? In what colleges can i apply? Please give me list of possible colleges in which there is a chance to get in???
