Jadavpur University is a hard nut to crack and with your ranking in general you stand no chance even in the waiting list. If you are looking for studies in West Bengal you have many other colleges located in Durgapur and Burdwan as well as in Kolkata where you can try. Instead of expecting anything in universities like Jadavpur and Presidency.

Best of luck for the future. You could try one more time if you have time or another chance. This time, it's nearly impossible. Good luck.
