I belong to BC category, my TS EAMCET rank is 24350. I am willing to get a free seat in PharmD. Is it possible for me to get a free seat in Hyderabad?

You have not mentioned the Category you belong to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. It is different to get free seat for your TS EAMCET Rank.
To get free seat/ full fees reimbursement, your TS EAMCET Rank must be less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs if you belong to OC or BC Category. If you belong to SC/ ST Category then you can get free seat irrespective of your TS EAMCET Rank but your parent's income must be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum and they should not be government employees.
