i got 245 rank and i m not sure from mait or dias which college should i have to do mba in terms of both placement and faculty perspective

245 is quite a good rank and if you are of Delhi quota then you might get USMS but as per your question MAIT is preferred over DIAS by the students. Placement as well as teachers are good in MAIT.So go for MAIT else do check the sites of college for more info.
