As you got 275 marks in BITSAT according to last year scenario, you may not get any B.Tech seat in any of the campuses, but you may get 5-year courses. Go through the last year opening and closing rank of all the three campus of bits. Based on previous years cutoffs, you can get a rough idea. In extremely rare cases, when a few of the seats are left vacant after the very last iteration (due to students joining IITs/NITs/other colleges), BITS administration does invite students with a lower BITSAT score (compared to the last iteration cutoff) to join those courses. You might want to wait till that point in order to grab a seat.
