These are some of the government institutes. You may have to wait for 3rd round but surely you will be able to get a good branch.
1) NIT Silchar
2) NIT Rourkela
3) NIT Hamirpur
4) NIFTEM
And at this rank, you can surely get tonnes of private colleges:

4) Amity
5) Sharda
6) ABSS
