Getting a seat with this rank doesn't seem probable. However, getting a seat also depends on your home state. Home state is basically the state from where you have completed your 11 and 12 class. It's quite difficult to get a seat in NIT as they usually close within 1000 rank for OBC.

You'll definitely get NIT Hamirpur, Bhopal, Kozhikode and VNIT (possibly). Also, try for other SPAs mentioned below . NIT-Bhopal, Calicut, Hamirpur, Jaipur, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rourkela, Trichy, Kozhikode and VNIT. SPA - Vijayawada, Bhopal, Delhi, Bhopal. Mizoram University, Aizwal. IIEST SHIBP
