The cut-off rank for JEE Mains score for B.Tech. (Hons.) in ICT with minor in Computational Science is 10k for General Category, so if you are from General Category, chances are less.

Oh I'm sorry to tell this but you won't get through into DA. The cutoff ranges around 10-12k and can at maximum drag to 15k. So I again apologize if it sounds rude but you won't get through. I really do hope that you get a good college given your rank is pretty decent.
