I got 28 marks in JEE Mains. I belongs to St category. Can I get seat in NIT colleges?

I guess, it won't be easy or possible as the competition for NIT Merit Lists and Admission is not that easy even for ST or SC categories. Still, you should do further research and try the newly established NITs.

You can get government college but for NIT, you need more than double of its cut-off.
