I got 28450 rank in JEE Main and 15209 rank in JEE Advance (both general). Can I get into DTU?

Sorry but your chances of admission in DTU are 50-50 because from this year the rank system has changed. This might affect the cutoff of various courses in DTU but considering last year's cutoff you might get low preferred branches in DTU like EP, ENE, biotech and PCT.

There are not plenty of hostels in DTU. In first year, some hostel rooms have space for 2 students and some have space for 3 students.
