I got 291.5 in February MAT and 59.9 percentile in CMAT. Can I apply for this college?

You can try, but these percentile scores have an important role during admissions, around 45% weightage. If the percentile score is good, a candidate may become eligible for scholarships. If possible, appear in upcoming MAT, CMAT, ATMA exams also with preparations. Otherwise, its worth trying.

Your marks and percentile are low. Even though you can apply. Do very well in the interview and make sure you have more than 70 percent in 10th, 12th and graduation.
