I got 3000+ rank in CLAT. Can I register myself for counseling and how?

The ideal satisfactory Rank for NLU counselling of CLAT is 100-105. So, unfortunately 3000+ rank will not be eligible for counselling. The merit list of candidates eligible for counselling is published every year.
