I got 3100 rank in IP BBA CET-125 can I get MAIM or vips. As I also belong to outside Delhi region.

    Yes you have sufficient rank and being from Delhi region will help you the most. Based on the previous year cut offs you can get these colleges.

    No with this rank you cannot get IP BBA in MAIM or VIPS. If you are an outside Delhi student.
