I got 31000 rank in uptu and 7241 rank in ipu cet b.tech exam......in which counselling i would get a better college n pls name them?????

Without any doubt go for IP University . IP University is 'A' grade University Comes Under Delhi Government And has much Better colleges rather than UPTU Colleges. in 7241 Rank may be you can get Government College Comes Under IP.
