For getting into architecture in IIT, you need to clear JEE Main (Paper 1) first. After that, you need to clear JEE Advanced. After you get a rank in JEE Advanced, you need to appear for yet another test conducted by each and every IIT separately for their architectural courses. After you clear the third test, you are finally eligible to opt for the same. And for architecture in NIT or SPA (School of Planning and Architecture), clearing JEE Main Paper 2 is enough.
