Very limited chance. Better opt for some vocational training and get good work experience. Practical.

Yes, Either if there is any chance of improiving your marks then i prefer do that. then later on you could get into a college or if you cant do so then better go with sunny's suggesion.

As your percentage is very low so better you go for distance education universities like Sikkim Manipal. Lovely University Anna university are famous for distance education you can browse these websites .
