I got 39%in bcom1st year and i need atleast 60% after adding1st 2nd and 3rd year result but now i think it impossible.what should i do?

You can give improvement for ist year exam in some subject , and your are right there is need to have minimum 50% marks to get admision in master degree today . and 60% require for get admission in good college

39% is really a bad score and you are right that it will pull down your degree percentage resulting in achieving nothing. Accordingly, my advice is that take readmission and try your best.
