At 395, 600 you have what can be considered a decent score in CUET UG. For admission to B.Sc (Hons) Physics at BHU, one has to qualify for the cut-off of that particular year and the criteria of cut-off marks change every year with the variation in the number of applicants and the marks obtained by them. Better, it is recommended to visit the official website of BHU or call the concerned admission department to know the cut-off mark of the current year.

With a score of 395 out of 600 in CUET UG, it is unlikely you will qualify for B.Sc (Hons) Physics at Banaras Hindu University (BHU). The expected cutoff for this programme is typically above 540 marks, as indicated by previous trends. You may want to consider other universities or courses where the cutoff may be lower.
