I got 39928 rank in AP EAMCET and belong to SC category. Can I get a seat in ECE or CSE?

I hope you are doing good! For the rank you have got, you can easily get a seat through counselling in both the branches you wanted, based on the last rank in the college for those branches last year in your category.
