No, you will not be able to get B.Tech CSE branch at MIET or GCET with 404 rank in JKCET exam because it will be competitive for CSE branch but you can go to other branches like mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering or electronic and communication engineering at MIET or GCET.
Other good college options are Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBUET) and Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology (SCET) , Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering.
