I got 407 marks in NEET & ST category. I can't get seat in phase 1. Can I get seat in phase 2? Does phase 2 include government seats?

I scored 407 in NEET UG 2021.

    Yes, in phase 2 government seats get vacant due to non reporting or delayed fees payment so you can apply in 2nd round and try for the seat.
