I think it is a very low percentage. You can't get this college but you should try though.

Your score is not good enough to get CSE in any college but I think there are chances of branch change in the 2nd year.

Hello NR Kumar, With your percentage, I am afraid it would be quite tough to get admission in your desired branch. However, if you are very keen then perhaps you can think of seeking admission under management quota if it's available. Best wishes to you.
