I got 42 marks in MH Nursing. What are my chances of getting a seat in any government college? I belong to OBC category.

There is not at all possibility of getting seat in any government college with 42 marks in MH nursing even if you belong to OBC category.
You can simply go for a private institute and ask them whatever the cut-off is required and go for it, but there is no such chances of getting government college w
