    Hi,
    As per your query, pursuing MBA in HR would be the best option for you, however please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
    As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
    The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
