Hello Abhi 37172. You can definitely try for Engineering with your PCM scores. You can list down colleges that you want to apply in for your B.E. or B.TECH programs. Different colleges have different selection criteria's.
You can Choose to Apply to ITM which has its campuses in Visakhapatnam, Nagpu
