i got 434 rank in IP-cet & 1143 in uptu-see.So which univ should I choose & what college can I get easily?

go for IP University no doubt among these. IP University is 'A' grade University Established by Government of NCT of Delhi. New Campus of IP in Dwarka is just the World Class . where as UP Tech is a 'C' grade university with no proper management.
