I got 45% in class 12. Can I get any college which offers B.Tech + MBA dual degree course?

Your score seems to be on the lower side. I would suggest you get admission in Diploma course and then pursue B.Tech +MBA. -

Admission in engineering colleges, whether for four-year course or integrated course, is invariably based on some or the other entrance exam. Prepare well for this by taking a break of one year and success will be yours.
