    If you have mathematics as a subject in class 12th science then you are eligible for B.Sc (Computer Science) admission.

    Its better for you to drop out and give improvement exams again and try for 60+ because there is a very tough competition for CS.

    Yes, but lot of colleges are based on merit list. So, try it.
