I got 46 marks in JEE Main 2018. Can I get CGC with computer science? My 12th board result is pending.

Hi dear, If you got 75% or above percentage in 12th, then you can easily get admission in CGC, because there is no cut-off on the basis of JEE Mains in CGC.

Your marks are not good enough to get computer science in CGC. With this marks you only can get a private college. If CGC is only option for you then you should again prepare for JEE Main and get the college. Good luck!
