i got 46 percentile in cat. 60+ % in 10+2+3. can i get admission in any good Bschool (delhi-ncr is pref)

You have very low scores to fetch call from any good college. I would suggest you to appear for Feb MAT and get a chance in colleges like Alliance, Christ etc. Last date to apply for Feb MAT is 17th Jan 2013.
Still want to apply, try for the below mentioned colleges.

neha, u can try in good colleges in delhi...like IMS (Noida) as Mr. surya advised and AKGIM, AMity (less chances) , Skyline, NDIM, DBS, JIMS and few more...
for more info on colleges fees and placement...keep posting ...
don't worry, u can get admission in top college..
