I got 46500 rank in viteee'15.I am a female candidate.I hv been called for 2ndphase counselling,can i get admission without managemnt quota?

Last year a student get admission with 75000 rank and my rank for 15 is 88000 and m also seleted for phase 2 but its very dificult to get ur favrite trade .
