Why do you want to go in another country.
when there are many options available in India.
Firstly please tell me about your category. because you Post Graduation Aggregate is 52% which is less than required. but if you belong to ST/SC/OBC then you can apply for CBSE UGC NET.
The eligibility criteria for UGC NET is -
For General Category Candidates: To Apply for Net Exam, candidates must have 55% Aggregate Marks in Master’s Degree.
For ST/SC/OBC/PWD Category Candidates: For these candidates the Eligibility criteria is 50% Aggregate Marks in Master’s Degree.
UGC NET Exam is for Junior Research fellowship & Assistant professor.
