I got 47 marks in Mains and have NCC 'B' certificate. I will get about 75 to 80% in 12th. Are there any chances of getting a good college?

You have good marks in class 12th, but your JEE Main score is very less, so there is no chance to get admission to NITS and IIITs but you get admission in non government engineering college in your state.
