I am sorry, but you won't be able to get a seat in VIT Vellore at 48k rank. I would suggest you to start considering other colleges. I hope this helps.

It is quite difficult for you to get Biotech with this rank. If you get it would be of category 5. The fee details would be mailed to you. After completion, you will be placed based on your skills.
