    Hi,
With this percentage it is bit difficult to get admission in top B-school. Few low grade colleges can offer you admission with donation but there is no use to get degree from those institutes.
Either you improve your grades in your post-graduation degree and then apply for MBA in top B-schools or you can think of these options too:
    Journalism
    Travel and Tourism
    Foreign Language
    Development Studies
    Social Work
    Digital Marketing
Few universities don't have graduation percentage cutoff but for that you need to check in different universities.
Even you can think of part time, distance or evening MBA programme if you want to do job along with yo

Any graduate with requisite percentage, normally 50% for general category, can apply for MBA after clearing aptitude tests such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA-AIMS, etc. as, applicable to the institute of your study. Group discussion and Personal interview are normally conducted by the institute. Some universities permit candidates who have passed graduation with experience to attend distance education courses.

Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. So, first of all decide the programme that you want to join and check its Eligibility criteria for Admission. Hello,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pursue full-time MBA/PGDM since one needs to score at least 50% marks in his/her graduation if you belong to General category (45% for the reserved category people).

Yes, but there might be some issues during placements as most companies will have certain eligibility criteria.
