Hi,
You are not eligible.
M.Phil is a two year course, minimum eligibility for is a pass in master's degree in a relevant subject with a minimum of second class securing at least 55% of the aggregate marks.

I think for Ph.D. it's 55% or for M.Phil it's 50% you said opposite.
