I got 48 marks in JEE Mains and 920 marks in 12th. Can I get a good NIT?

If you are a general student, the simple answer is NO for getting admission to a good NIT.

See. It seems impossible to get NIT in these marks. But, if you belong to reserve Kotak, then you stand a chance. Otherwise, try some other colleges. Best regards.

Hi, How are you? The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA. So go for it. Thank you and keep asking!

Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech in different branches. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or their own tests. You can check the details of any of the reputed universities like VIT, Lovely, SRM, etc. All these universities have a wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements.
