I got 48 marks in Physics, 51 in Chemistry and 57 in Bio in both theory and practical in class 12th. Am I eligible for NEET?
I got very less marks in class 11th class. I belong to OBC category.

No, you're not eligible with this score to sit for the NEET exam.
To appear in NEET exam, you must at least get 50% marks in physics, chemistry, and biology individually.
As you have scored less than 50% in physics you will not be eligible.
