I got 48 percent in b.com and 74% in +2 ielts 6 not less then 5.5 Which country can i apply where visa chances will be higher?

For Masters program your IELTS score is ok as most of the countries asked for 6.5 IELTS for masters. if you just looking for visa chances then may be UK would be best because of their point based system otherwise you can apply for Europe or USA also.
