I got 48% percentage in my intermediate. What colleges can I expect for B.Tech CSE through management quota?

You can still be admitted to the B.Tech programme even though you have a 48% in PCM. While some universities want 60 or 70 percent, most universities will still accept you through management quota. Infact you can opt for some top private engineering colleges also.
