I got 48000 rank in JEE Mains. Can I get a seat at Tier 1 Engineering colleges?

I have women quota and belong to General category.

According to your rank in JEE mains, I think you can't get college in IITs, but you can try for NITs in that also, there is not very high chances of getting in CSE, but you can try to compromise branch as in you want tier one college so you can just go for branch like civil engineering while having
