With 488875 rank in JEE Mains entrance exam it is not possible to get IIIT Hyderabad because if it's highly competitive cutoffs also with your rank it is nearly impossible to get any good colleges with JEE Mains rank in Telengana. However, there are some colleges who accepts admission in merit score
