I got 49,283 rank in KCET for engineering. Can I get admission in this college?

If you belong to the General AI quota, yes 29000 in KCET is considered to be a good rank for BTech admission at CMR University. In 2025, the closing ranks ranged between 36709 and 55398 in General category, therefore candidates with a lower cutoff rank of 29000 are more likely to secure a seat at CMR University for BTech course. However, final admission also depends on minimum eligibility, seat availability in a particular round, etc.  

 Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) results have been announced for all BE/BTech specialisations for the General AI category. For the General AI categories candidates, the KCET Cutoff 2025 ranged from 92799 to 11215 in the last round closing ranks. NMIT Bangalore KCET Cutoff 2024 has been released for all rounds and categories for students belonging in the AI and HS quota. As per the KCET Cutoff 2024, the closing ranks ranged between 9819 in the first round and 12227 in the last round for the General AI category candidates.
